Arton Project App: Team Project & Task Management

Arton Project is a web application for agencies, software teams, contractors, and internal teams that want to stop managing projects through spreadsheets and chat groups. Every project has a kanban board with its own status flow, tasks complete with assignees, deadlines, checklists, subtasks, and dependencies, as well as discussions with @mentions in the same place. Work hours are recorded with a timer, team workload is visible in reports, and clients can monitor progress through a dedicated link without opening internal discussions.

How it works

1. ArtonLabs installs the application and sets up the name, logo, colors, users, and project templates together with you.
2. The project manager creates a project (empty or from a template), invites members, and configures the status flow.
3. The team works on tasks on the board, discusses, attaches files, and records work hours.
4. The manager monitors workload and delays in reports, then shares the progress link with the client.

Services and costs

• Initial fee of Rp3,500,000: installation & initial setup by ArtonLabs, brief training, as well as server, maintenance, and support for the first year.
• Starting from the second year, Rp1,000,000/year (mandatory to keep the service running): server & HTTPS, regular backups, version updates, bug fixes, and technical support via cs@artonlabs.com.
• The application runs on servers managed by ArtonLabs and is used through a browser; there is no download or self-installation.
• Use your own domain; if you don't have one yet, you get a free ArtonLabs subdomain.
• The data remains yours; if the service is not renewed, the application is stopped and all data is handed over in export form.
• No per-user or per-project fees from ArtonLabs.

Frequently asked questions

Do our clients need to create an account?
Not necessarily. The project manager can share a read-only client link that displays progress and the task board, and it can be disabled or regenerated at any time. Clients who want to comment can be given a guest account that only sees their own project.

Is there a mobile app?
Arton Project is responsive and comfortable to use in a mobile browser; the board can be scrolled and task statuses selected directly on the card. The /api/v1 API is available if you want to build your own mobile app.

Are notifications sent via WhatsApp?
No. Notifications are available in the app and by email (SMTP set up by ArtonLabs); there is no WhatsApp API integration.

Can work hours be used for client billing?
Yes, as a basis: time recaps per project and member can be exported to Excel. Arton Project does not generate invoices itself.

Who can see projects and files?
Only project members and roles granted permission to view all projects; checks are performed on the server for every request, including attachment downloads.
