These terms apply to every purchase at the ArtonLabs Store (artonlabs.com/store) managed by CV Tekno Kreasi ArtonLabs. By checking out, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products and prices
- Digital products consist of themes and plugins for Open Journal Systems, WordPress, and Moodle. Services consist of development, migration, or technical assistance work.
- All prices are listed in Rupiah (IDR). The price that applies is the price at the time the order is placed.
2. Ordering and payment
- Every order receives a unique number. Payment is made via online payment (Midtrans) or bank transfer to the official CV Tekno Kreasi ArtonLabs account listed on the payment page.
- Bank transfers are verified after the payment confirmation is sent, usually within one business day. An order becomes active once payment is verified.
- We only accept payments to the accounts listed on this site.
3. Digital product license
- Every purchase of a digital product includes one license key for a number of sites according to its license limit (generally one production site). Test sites such as localhost and domains ending in .test, .local, .example, or .invalid are not counted.
- The license does not grant the right to resell, share, or redistribute the product files.
- The license does not disable product features. The key is used to verify authenticity as well as the right to updates and support.
4. Downloads, updates, and support
- Files can be re-downloaded at any time from the My Orders menu in your account.
- Version updates and technical support are valid for the support period on the license, namely one year from purchase.
- Support covers installation assistance and bug fixes on the product. Custom customization can be ordered as a service.
5. Services
- The scope, schedule, and deliverables are agreed upon via email or the Helpdesk before work begins.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Unpaid orders can be canceled yourself from the order page.
- Requests for cancellation or refunds for paid orders are submitted via the Helpdesk by stating the order number, then reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and may be updated at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the date of change. Questions can be submitted via the Helpdesk or email cs@artonlabs.com.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the data we manage when you shop at the ArtonLabs Store. The site's general privacy policy still applies.
Data we collect
- Account and order data: name, email, order contents, and payment history.
- Shipping address and phone number, only for physical products.
- Transfer proof, account holder name, and sending bank that you send via payment confirmation.
- For license checks: the domain name of the site where the product is installed, product version, and check time.
Use of data
- Processing orders, issuing licenses, providing downloads, and providing support.
- Sending emails related to orders, payments, and updates to products you purchase.
- Recording transactions for bookkeeping purposes.
Third parties
- Online payments are processed by Midtrans. We do not store your card or payment account data.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Storage and your rights
- Transfer proofs are stored in private storage that can only be accessed by you and our team.
- You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of data via the Helpdesk, except for data we are required to keep for bookkeeping.
