OJS 3.3 and 3.4 still run, but versions below 3.3.0-18 carry critical security issues and new features only ship in 3.5. This service upgrades your journal from OJS 3.x to 3.5 without losing articles, users, or manuscript files.

What we do

Full backup first. The database and files folder are backed up before anything changes.
Upgrade on a test copy. The upgrade runs on a copy first and is applied to the live site only after it passes checks.
Theme & plugin compatibility. Themes and plugins are checked against OJS 3.5; incompatible ones are replaced with current versions.

Your journal on OJS 3.5. Articles, issues, users, and files intact.
A short report. Before/after versions and replaced plugins.

Workflow

We check your OJS, PHP, and plugin versions.
A backup is taken and the upgrade is tested on a copy.
